Look at me...

I am wearing Ethan's favorite hat and playing with his iPod.

This is so much fun.  I sure hope I don't get in trouble.

What?

I am way to cute to get in trouble.

Maybe next time Ethan will not leave his door open so I can't go in and play with his stuff.

He is so cute!

SUPERMOON

I took this picture after I had fallen asleep for the night on the couch.
Needless to say I was half asleep but the moon was so bright, big and beautiful
I couldn't resist taking a picture.
I am not a MOON photographer.
Here are some facts about the SUPERMOON.
The supermoon is about 20 percent brighter and 15 percent bigger than a regular full moon
and it is the closest it has been to the Earth in 18 years.

Bath Time
You know my sister, Jill broke her ankle and Jake is her youngest boy.
Well, I left her in charge of the boys and to my dismay she let them play outside
in the MUD!  Needless to say, they needed a bath BAD!
These two boys love to play together no matter what they are doing.

Picture taken by Olivia.
I was just downloading pictures off my camera and I didn't remember taking these.
Olivia came up behind me and said that she had taken some pictures.
Now she knows she is not allowed to touch my camera but how could I get mad at her.
She captured pretty good shots for a 10 year old.

Look at those tears running down his cheek.

Who knows what he is crying about.  The pout is priceless.
This is Billie's daughter Peyton.
Olivia took this one also.
Love those big brown eyes.

Billie  Mitchell is the one who takes all those amazing pictures of my family.

"It's Raining Men!"
LOL!

I love Olives!
Ryan loves black olives.  However, he doesn't just eat them.

He puts them on his finger like a ring.

Then, he likes to wave his hands above his head for some reason.
Eventually he eats them but if not, he had fun playing with his food.

WHEEEEEEE!
Jake is pushing Ryan around in a little wagon.  Ryan was saying.
"Wheee! Wheee!"  The whole time he was riding.
It was way too cute.
I know what you are saying that you wish I would have video taped it.
Well, today is your lucky day.
I did.
To enjoy the cutest 15 seconds of Jake pushing Ryan around my house you will have to go to my facebook account.

For some reason the blogspot will not let me load the video and keep it hot.

Daddy's Little Helper
In our house Scott does the laundry.
I know what you are thinking...
How did I manage to get a man who does all the laundry?
Well, it is easy.
I use to do the laundry but then he would tell me I was doing the laundry wrong.
He would re-hang everything, not like the way I sorted it or loaded the washer, and
heaven forbid I leave it in the dryer too long UGH!
Well, if you know me well, you know that I simply said that
if you can do better, then you do the laundry.
He has done our laundry for 15 years now.
I think he knows not to complain about something if he knows what is good
for him.  HeeHee
Ryan's favorite thing to do when Scott does the laundry is he runs and gets his stool,
sets it up in front of the dryer and Scott hands him the clothes and he
puts them in the washer.  It is the cutest thing ever!
In this picture Ryan is taking the stuff out of the washer and handing it to Scott to put in the dryer.
Ryan hears the washer beep and he runs into the laundry room to help out.
He likes to be daddy's little helper.

Daddy's Shoes
I was making the kids school lunches one morning and this came walking around the corner.
He had put on Scott's shoes and was stomping the best he could around the kitchen.
He thought he was big stuff.
Checking to see if they fit right.
I think they are a little big.
He loves to put shoes on and it doesn't matter if they are on his hands or his feet.
He stomps everywhere.

Fourth Grade Pioneer Projects
Ethan's Porject
Flat River Boat
Ethan has a horse and some pigs on his boat.
He has a barrel for water, some hay for the animals, a water tough that you can't see.
His little man likes to fish so he made a fishing pole and a fish in case the man gets hungry.
There is a fence dividing the space between the man and the animals.
He really thought out the details of his project and wanted to still add things before I made him stop and go to bed.
All the figures were made out of Model Magic Fusion by Crayola.
My kids love to make things out of Model Magic.
The clay is soft and air dries.  Very easy to use and kid friendly.

Ethan's man.
(I helped a little bit on this one.)
Horse in case you couldn't tell.  I made the head.  Ethan was
having trouble with the head.
Pigs and little man Olivia made.  I love the little pig on the right.  He has a cute smile.
Olivia's Flat River Boat.
Olivia saw Ethan making his boat and wanted to join in on the fun.
She ended up doing 2 projects.  This is her second project.
In case you can't tell she has a bucket of milk from the cow and a fish the man caught
during his free time, also straw, corn, and water for the animals to drink.
I love the detail she put into her extra project.

Olivia's actual project.
A Patchwork Quilt Pillow
Olivia and I cut the fabric together and she sewed it on her sewing machine she got a few
years a go for Christmas.  She has taken several sewing classes at Joanne Fabrics.
I am sure it should have been hand stitched but she is just like her mother
and she likes electric and things that use electric.
She didn't know why they wouldn't have used a sewing machine in the first place.
I did make her hand sew some of it but neither one of us had enough
patience to hand sew the whole thing.
